Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome, and was born December 7, 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. He completed his secondary and primary studies at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. The university awarded him a BSc.

YFC grew and became the largest fellowship on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is a worldwide ministry with millions of associates around the world.
